Returns and Warranties


Please note Australian Consumer Laws do not cover change-of-mind exchanges, and due to the intimate nature of nappies and baby products we are unable to do so. Please ensure you read the size and/or age guide for each product to ensure you have selected the right product for you.



 All products are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase, we will liase with our suppliers on your behalf to arrange replacement or repair. Products will need to be returned prior to replacement, and all warranty claims need be lodged with Mulla Mulla Eco.

Warranties are valid for the original purchaser only, and will require proof of purchase so please retain your receipt. 

Warranties do not cover fair wear and tear on items such as material flattening and piling, leaking due to poor fitting, or mis-care. Please read our washing guidelines here.

Customers will be offered a replacement, refund or store credit, when products are not able to be repaired in a timely manner. Eligibility will be decided on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the supplier and customer.
